Lucy Hoyes is a Senior Teaching Fellow and Programme Director for the PGCE Secondary course within BOB体育登录网址_欧宝体育官网平台-APP|下载 Education School at the University of BOB体育登录网址_欧宝体育官网平台-APP|下载.
She has a MA in Professional Enquiry and has a strong interest in developing numeracy skills with young people across the curriculum.
She has SFHEA status.
Lucy teaches on the following:
Lucy joined the Initial Teacher Education team in January 2018 as a tutor on the Secondary Mathematics PGCE. Lucy is now the Programme Director for the Secondary PGCE course. In addition, Lucy is the Module Lead for the Mentoring and Staff Development module on the MSc Education (Online).
Lucy has had considerable experience teaching mathematics at secondary and post-16 and has also been Head of Mathematics at a local secondary school and sixth form. Lucy has also had responsibility for Professional Learning and has a passion for mentoring and coaching teachers early in their career.
