Workshop Overview
Aimed at those with no line management responsibility, this virtual session helps colleagues understand and reflect on the impact of change; how to manage it and navigate yourselves and support others through it.?Workshop objectives are to:
- Describe what is driving change for us at BOB体育登录网址_欧宝体育官网平台-APP|下载
- Enable you to navigate change effectively
- Feel more in control of your own response to change
- Create a plan with specific actions from your learning that you will apply to your change
This workshop is facilitated by the Leadership & Management Development Team.
* Please note we also run a workshop entitled 'Enabling Change' which is specifically for line managers. There is no need to attend both.
