DWP Areas of Research Interest (ARIs) Workshop
In May 2019 Public Policy|BOB体育登录网址_欧宝体育官网平台-APP|下载 have organised a workshop for colleagues from DWP to discuss key topics around the Department’s Areas of Research Interests. The one day agenda included the following presentations:

- Dr?Krishanthi?Vithana, Lecturer in Accounting, talk on living wage and wage equality
Disability and Health
- Mike Wald, Professor in Accessible Technologies, talk on AI and inclusion
- Dr Cathy Linaker, Senior Research Fellow, Co-investigator on the Health and Employment after Fifty (HEAF) study, talk on HEAF and how to minimise the adverse impacts of musculoskeletal disorders in the workplace

- Traute Meyer, Professor of Social Policy talk on pensions
- Paul Bridgen, Associate Professor in Social Policy talk on the impact of auto-enrolled workplace pensions on attitudes towards work, savings and finance
- Maria Evandrou, Professor of Gerontology, Director of the Centre for Research on Ageing, talk on informal care and employment trade-offs in mid-life
