New features?to further improve?your virtual meetings using Microsoft Teams will be available throughout August and September.

New features include:

• ???????Large Gallery view?in Teams meetings allows for a 7×7 grid of participants to be shown
• Together mode?in Teams meetings that allows the participants to be shown against a shared background

• Dynamic view?in Teams meetings allows you to?show shared content and participants side-by-side, very useful for presenters
• Whiteboard in Teams?to have enhanced functionality and the ability to restrict who can draw on the Whiteboard
• Reflect Messaging Extension, this is a new extension that allows managers, leaders and teachers an easy way to check in with how their team or students are feeling

Further information and guidance on how to use these new features will be promoted once they are live.

Microsoft?release new features in the Office 365 suite based on user feedback?and these?get?released on a gradual basis. While this is exciting for some, some prefer to know ahead of time?of the features that?will be released.
