The Clearing hotline will be open during the following times:
Thursday 14 August 2025: 8am to 9pm, UK time
Friday 15 August 2025: 8am to 6pm, UK time
We will not answer calls to the hotline outside of these times. You can make a note of the number now, so that you're ready to call on the day.
Phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, UK time, except Thursday 14 and Friday 15 August 2025.
