Since yesterday morning (18 April 2023), several hundred colleagues have been experiencing issues connecting via Wi-Fi on their work laptops. The issue was caused by a software update overnight and primarily affected colleagues who are using Windows 10 laptops which were built over two years ago.?

The issue should now be resolved for the majority of users.??
