USS has this afternoon reported a breach of its data held on Capita servers which could potentially cover up to?470,000 active, deferred and retired members.

The information potentially accessed includes:

• Title, initial(s), and name; date of birth;?National Insurance number; USS member number.

They are?confident members’ pensions remain secure and that My USS login information has not been compromised.
