Jayati Deshmukh is a postdoctoral researcher in the Agents, Interaction and Complexity (AIC) research group in the Department of Electronics and Computer Science at the University of BOB体育登录网址_欧宝体育官网平台-APP|下载. She is working with Prof. Sarvapali (Gopal) Ramchurn on Responsible AI UK project and with Prof. Sebastian Stein on Citizen-Centric Artificial Intelligence Systems project.

She did PhD advised by Prof. Srinath Srinivasa at IIIT-Bangalore. Her PhD thesis was titled “Computational Transcendence: A Model for Emergent Responsible Agency in Multi-Agent Systems”.

Her broad research interests are in the areas of Autonomous Systems, Multi-Agent Systems, Responsible AI, AI Ethics, Network Science and Game Theory.

Previously she has also worked on Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, Knowledge Graphs and Deep Learning.
