Managing Underperformance Virtual Workshop

During this workshop you will work with other managers to explore different scenarios and decide on the most appropriate approach.

This workshop aims to enable you to:

Identify your role and responsibilities to manage the performance of your team members
Recognise challenges and how you might address and overcome them
Work through some informal capability case studies and give an overview of formal capability process
Create a plan to avoid any underperformance and manage it should it arise

This workshop is led by the Leadership & Management Development team.
