About

Stephanie is a prehistoric maritime and landscape archaeologist specialising in the use of innovative digital approaches to address archaeological and environmental questions. She holds a PhD and MSc in Maritime Archaeology from the University of BOB体育登录网址_欧宝体育官网平台-APP|下载 and an MFA in Historic Preservation from the Savannah College of Art and Design.

She is currently the postdoctoral researcher for the AHRC-funded 'Islands of Stone' project, investigating Neolithic crannogs in Scotland. Her research has included field-based data collection methods (e.g., underwater excavation, surveying, coring) complimented by geospatial/computional approaches.

Stephanie is also passionate about education and teaches on a range of undergraduate and post-graduate modules focused on scientific diving and archaeological field methods. Additional qualifications include Associate Fellowship of Advance HE, GVC Drone Pilot, HSE Scuba Diver and BSAC Assistant Dive Instructor.
